Jeremy Edwards is a Partner and Head of the Employee Benefits Group, specialising in all aspects of employee share plans. Jeremy has over 25 years' experience as a share plan lawyer and two years' experience as a corporate lawyer. Jeremy advises on all aspects of employee share plans, executive compensation and the taxation of employees. He has also led the group in advising companies faced with, and dealing with, transactions and HMRC audits.

Jeremy is a prominent adviser to London Stock Exchange listed companies in relation to the structure and disclosure of remuneration for directors and senior executives. Jeremy has overseen the team's market leading initiatives, which include a FTSE 100 surveys on executive director share plans, a FTSE 100 surveys on malus and clawback, seminars for clients and alerts that keep track for clients of the latest developments. The executive remuneration part of the practice has gained considerable momentum in the past few years.

Jeremy is also recognised as the leading partner in the City for international share plans.
