An Accredited Specialist in family law, child law and family mediation, Jennifer is the only Tayside lawyer accredited by the Law Society of Scotland in three specialist areas. She has a wide range of experience including providing advice and representation in divorces, separation agreements, cohabitation cases and disputes involving children.

Jennifer is also a collaborative lawyer.

Jennifer regularly contributes as a family law expert on BBC radio. Jennifer is currently Chair of the Family Law Association and is a member of the Scottish Law Commission Family Law Reform Advisory Group.
